Chocolate torte with nuts .. wow . it's remind me hazelnut chocolate cake from RITZ too ..
hmmm... copy down the receipe so i can try to bake some other day im free. good mood . and heat my oven . [i been couple year never use my oven to bake bread . cake even cookies.. wat i do is , i used my oven to heat unagi for my lonely dinner ]

now .. i feel like wanna bake cake . but lack of ingredient .. ish ! potong stim ..

the receipe.
prep 30 mins [excluding chilling time]

*100g digestive biscuits or spiced cookies , crushed (available in COLD STORAGE)
*450g dark or milk chocolate (dutch lady. daisy. HL ? )
*4 tbsp corn sypup
*500ml cream (? wat cream ? whipped cream ? icing cream? CREAM ?)
*cashew nuts, chopped finely ( hazel nuts ? almond nuts ? coconut? )
*icing sugar for dusting ( can skip this fattening sugar )


1. Line the base of a 22cm spring form pan with baking paper . brush the sides with oil or butter . Place biscuit or cookies crumbs on the base of the pan . press down using the back of a spoon.
2. Put chocolate (my fav) and corn syrup in a bowl , and place over a pot of gently simmering water to melt the chocolate . when the chocalate is almost melted, remove from heat and stir till smooth.
3. In another bowl , beat the cream till slightly thickened . fold half into the chocolate mix. then fold this mix into the rest of the cream [ wow. fattening!=.="]
4. Fold in the chopped nuts then pour into the prepared pan .cover with clingfilm and chill overnight( again overnight!)in the fridge . dust with icing sugar before serving( haizz .. no need la. for decorating nii =p)

done . i got a question ! y must leave overnight ? the banane tart and this chocolate torte with nuts same have to fridge then only can serve..

Banana tart

banane tarte

galatine mixture[ galatine mixage]?

= 75 ml hot water

=5g galatine

* 300g cream cheese , room temperature

*100g caster sugar

*3 tbsp lemon juice

*200ml whipped cream

*3 ripe banane , slice

METHODE .

1. sprinkle galatine into hot water and stir well until dissolved .allow to cool in room temperature

2. beat cream cheese and caster sugar in a bowl until smooth . add lemon juice , mix well and set aside[ beat cream ? oh.... then ?]

3.using a whisk or with an electric beater, whip cream untill stuff . fold cream into the cheese mixture . pour into a 20-cm flan tin or pie plate [ using electric beater la .easier , but the taste will different ]

4. arrange sliced bananas over the mixture . spoon cooled galatine mixture over the banane .[so senang ja arr ?]

5. leave overnite in the fridge to set. serve chilled.[ so ma huan ? cant serve on the spot ]

6. take ur big spoon and big fork prepared EAT .[ wow great . i love eat ]

i cant make a right decision unless i can realy throw my JOB.

but what i want is professional grooming and make up course ,
