A nite mare

Every time i had nite mare,the next day sure got sumthg happen ... but i dunno y everytime i failed to escape as well. dunno y so bad today le .. i cant sleep well , dunno y my mind cant stop spining , so hard to breath , so hard to control myself go to sleep now..
